дополнительное удержание: правило Службы внутренних доходов США, требующее от банков удержания части процентов или дивидендов (20%), причитающихся клиентам, которые не уплатили налоги на такие выплаты в прошлом финансовом году или не указали банку свой номер социального страхования (США); чтобы избежать такого удержания, инвестор заполняет для финансового учреждения форму W-9, подтверждающую правильность его номера социального страхования.
